新疆天润乳业股份有限公司成立于2002年，2013年在上交所上市；2015年通过定向增发，并购重组兵团乳业集团的天澳牧业，成为新疆乳品行业集饲草种植、奶牛养殖、乳品生产、科研开发、市场营销五位一体专业化乳品企业。

公司拥有天润、盖瑞、佳丽等品牌，其中液态奶、酸奶、奶粉、乳饮以及奶酪等产品达五大系列五十多个品种，日生产能力达到400吨。

天润是农业产业化国家重点龙头企业，是西北地区设立的唯一乳制品动员中心，是国家批准设立博士后科研工作站，2016年荣获全国五一劳动奖状。

公司以产品布局市场渠道，建立电商平台，创新营销模式,实现疆内县级市场全覆盖。先后在北京、上海、广东等内地30多个省市建立了市场网络体系，成为新疆液态乳销量较大的企业。

Xinjiang TERUN Dairy Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 and listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2013. It acquired and reorganized Tianao Animal Husbandry under the Corps Dairy Group through the re-issuing of new shares to specific investors in 2015 and became a professional dairy enterprise integrating forage planting, cow breeding, dairy production, scientific research and development and marketing in Xinjiang’s dairy industry.

The company has TERUN, Gary, Jiali and other brands. With daily productivity up to 400 tons, its liquid milk, yoghurt, milk powder, milk beverage, cheese and other products has major five series and over fifty varieties.

TERUN is a key national enterprise of agricultural industrialization, the only dairy mobilization center set in the northwestern region as well as a post-doctoral scientific research workstation approved by the state, and it was awarded National May 1st  Labor Certificate in 2016.

The company lays out market channel by products, establishes e-commerce platform and innovates marketing mode so as to achieve the sales of its products in all the county-level markets in Xinjiang. It has successively found a market network system in more than 30 provinces and cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and other places, which became a company with the largest sales volume of liquid milk in Xinjiang.
